Our successes
To date, with the Biscottificio Grondona, Duca D'Alba and Bonifanti brands we produce 24 thousand tons of biscuits and cakes for special occasions, we invoice fourteen million Euros and we have two factories (one in Genoa and one in Turin) with an average of 70 employees per year. Since 2004, our revenue has been growing steadily and our investments speak of faith in the future.
Our concept of innovation
We have tenaciously maintained a family dimension, the only one that allows us to continue to struggle daily to put technology in relation to the product. A product that has generated trust and an authentic word of mouth (even by nutritionists): this has allowed us to be present with a capillary distribution in all channels with Biscottificio Grondona and in specialized stores with the Duca d’ Alba and Bonifanti.
Certified Quality
Quality is the constant control of materials and processes. For this reason, we have adopted a tracking system for the entire production chain. For years a group of researchers of the University of Florence has been studying, on behalf of Bonifanti and Grondona, the microbial ecology of dough and the complex interactions occurring between yeasts and lactic acid bacteria, thus making the final product unique, as a result of a naturally selected virtuous micro flora.
